A woman who was punched in the face and hit with a glass bottle in a street attack in Devon suffered serious injuries. The victim was assaulted on East Street in Okehampton on Sunday, December 8, 2024.
At around 2.45am, outside Bradley’s estate agent, a woman was punched in the face by an unknown man and then hit with a glass bottle, police have said. The victim suffered a fracture and a bleeding wound which required stitches.
Police are investigating the attack and have released CCTV images of three people they would like to speak to in connection with this incident. Anyone who recognises the people pictured, or who has information which may assist police is asked to call 101 quoting the reference number 50240309985.

A statement from Devon and Cornwall Police said: “Police investigating a serious assault in Okehampton have released images of a number of individuals they would like to speak to in connection with the incident.
“The assault took place on East Street, outside Bradley’s estate agent at around 2.45am on Sunday 8 December.
“It was reported that a woman was punched in the face by an unknown man before being struck with a glass bottle. She sustained a fracture and bleeding wound that required stitches.
“Officers investigating the incident believe the individuals pictured may be able to assist with their enquiries and are keen to identify and speak to them. We are aware the quality of the images isn’t of the highest quality but it is all we have available at present.
“Anybody able to assist in identifying those pictured is asked to contact police on 101 or via our website quoting 50240309985 and the investigating officer will get back to you.”
