A woman’s breasts swelled from a B cup to a triple G in just six months following her Pfizer COVID-19 vaccination.
Researchers dubbed the unidentified woman’s case a “first-of-its kind”, when the 19-year-old reportedly started experiencing rapid growth one month after getting her first dose of the Pfizer vaccination. Unfortunately for the woman this was just the start – after her second dose, her breasts began to grow even more.
“The patient believed that the vaccine caused her breast growth; however, her concerns were not adequately addressed by her primary care physicians, leading to mistrust in the healthcare system,” researchers from Toronto wrote last month in the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery-Global Open journal.

The woman was found to have a rare condition in which a benign lesion called PASH contributes to extreme breast enlargement, with fewer than 20 cases ever documented.
This case is the first to demonstrate a temporal association between PASH-associated gigantomastia and a vaccine,” the study authors added.

Doctors said they did not notice any hormonal changes in the woman’s blood work, prescribing her steroids and antibiotics to no avail. The woman had reportedly felt a tingling sensation in her breasts before they began to swell.
According to the case report, the woman’s breasts stopped growing after six months and she underwent reduction surgery the year after. She now has double D breasts and may get another reduction in order to return to her normal size.
Following the Pfizer vaccine rollout in 2021, many women started claiming their breasts had grown bigger after having the jab in a phenomenon dubbed “The Pfizer Boob Job”.

Since 2020 over 13.6 billion COVID-19 doses have been administered, with a small proportion of those immunized reporting an adverse reaction. Medical professionals have constantly reassured the public the benefits outweigh the risks.
