UK households who have no snow on roof face ‘knock on door from police’

UK households who have NO snow on their roof in the UK snow storm have been warned they could face a visit from police. Police shared an image showing how people can help them solve drugs-related crimes based on the way snow melts off a house.

The picture, which was taken in Amsterdam, shows a series of terraced houses covered in snow, however a large patch of ice has melted away, revealing a mysterious heat source. The heat source was traced to an illegal drugs operation – prompting officers to urge members of the public to keep an eye on the neighbours’ homes.

Officers raided the home after spotting the snow-free roof and discovered cannabis plants growing under heat lamps. Police in the UK have been known to use their helicopter patrols to help them wither their drugs operations.

Early fog slow to clear for some.” The forecast from Sunday onwards goes on and adds: “Turning less cold into the new week. Mostly dry and settled in the south, although rather cloudy.
