A TV and social media star hailed as the world’s smallest professional boxer will be visiting a top Greater Manchester restaurant this week that has built up a reputation with a host of famous faces.
Paratha Stop, on Horsefield Street in Bolton, has become known for its fresh parathas – a type of wheat flour and ghee flatbread – alongside other savoury and sweet Indian dishes.
Earlier this month, the takeaway was visited by Pakistani actor Feroze Khan, who was left surprised at the restaurant’s offering. It has now been announced that another famous face will be visiting the store on Friday evening (January 17).
Tajikistan influencer Abdu Rozik, who is also a singer and has appeared on Indian reality show Bigg Boss 16, will be visiting Paratha Stop for a very special meet-and-greet event. In a video to the shop’s loyal following, Abdu said he was excited to see his fans there.
Mohammad Usman, director of the restaurant, said the venue is quickly becoming a ‘hotspot for celebrities’ and has also been visited in recent months by the likes of YouTube star Lord Aleem and popular Pakistani singer Zeeshan Rokhri.

“Abdu’s manager contacted us to tell us that he will be coming to Manchester and he wanted to try one of our fresh parathas after seeing them on TikTok,” Mohammed told the Manchester Evening News.
The 3 ft 9 in-tall star is expected to visit from 8pm with fans encouraged to head on down. But like when Feroze visited, there is expected to be big demand to see him.
“He is excited to come and see all his fans here, so we are doing a special meet-and-greet event with him,” Mohammad added. “We are expecting a big turn out. It’s really exciting because he’s so well known with boxing fans and also for appearing on Indian TV.
“He’s coming because he’s heard of the buzz about us and he wants to know if the paratha is bigger than him!”
At the start of the year, Mohammad previously told the M.E.N how it was a ‘big deal’ that celebrities were reaching out keen to visit the Bolton venue during their travels.
“[Bolton is] not really the first place these people would choose,” Mohammad explained. “It’s these guys that have reached out to us too. It’s great that we’ve not had to go to them ourselves – they have heard of us and wanted to try it out themselves. We are very happy about that.”
Abdu Rozik will be at Paratha Stop (Horsefield Street, BL3 4LU) from around 8pm on Friday (January 17).
