The 10 most expensive streets in North Wales

The most expensive streets in North Wales have been revealed with two headlands at the top of the list. North Wales Live has compiled the list – with streets from across the region.

Seafront properties certainly led the way with these locations attracting price tags well in excess of £1m in a few parts of North Wales. At the very top this time is Llys Helyg Drive which sits which at the foot of the Great Orme in Llandudno.

It’s a selection of exclusive properties next to its almost as expensive neighbour Marine Drive – with the area known as ‘Millionaire’s Row’. Llys Helyg commands an average price of just over £1.6m.

Next up is a headland in a village dubbed “Cheshire by the Sea” at the top. This is the place where even beach huts can top £200K – and demand for holiday homes prices out most local people. Exclusive Benar Headland in Abersoch is full of £1m-plus properties and that has placed it at number two in North Wales.
