Officers are appealing for information after reports that a woman was sexually assaulted in a supermarket. Lincolnshire Police are looking to identify the man photographed in relation to the incident on Monday, December 16.
At around 1.06pm a woman was in the coffee aisle of the Asda store on Nettleham Road, Lincoln when a man is understood to have stroked her bottom. On Sunday, December 29, the force released a CCTV image of the man and have asked for the public’s help to identify him.
An update on the Lincolnshire Police website states: “We are appealing for information to identify this man, who we’d like to speak to following a reported sexual assault in Lincoln. At 1.06pm on Monday, 16 December a woman was selecting an item in the coffee aisle of the Asda store in Nettleham Road when a man is believed to have stroked her bottom.
