A property developer has submitted plans for a 60-home development in Coventry. Avant Homes has devises the scheme on a 4.71-acre sire in Allesley costing £18.8m.
The proposed development, which will be called Allesley Heights, is located off Birmingham Road and will include one-bedroom apartments, and two, three and four-bedroom homes.
If Coventry City Council gives the development the go-ahead, work will commence in May, and the first residents are expected to move into their new homes in Spring 2026.
Coleshill-based Avant Homes currently has live developments from Monkswoos, Telford, to Pavilion Acres in Walsall. The company is part of the Avant Homes Group, which operates across the Midlands, north of England, and Scotland from eight regional operating businesses.
