A woman has revealed her struggle with natural R-cup breasts that just won’t stop growing due to a rare condition.
Paige Amelia, 29, is battling gigantomastia, which causes her breast tissue to expand rapidly. The Melbourne mum-of-one forks out a small fortune annually on custom-made bras, costing £140 each, and constantly needs new clothes as her cup size increases. Despite the financial burden, Paige manages to make ends meet by raking in more than £300,000 a year on an adult subscription platform, where many fans are smitten with her ample chest.
However, she’s plagued by severe back pain, and fears reduction surgery might be futile if her breasts regrow.

Paige is swamped with troll messages and spends her days clarifying that her bust is all-natural amidst accusations of being “plastic”.
She also bats away up to 40 date requests daily. Paige shared: “The growth is sporadic – sometimes it stops, then all of a sudden they grow a lot in a month.
“I try to buy stretchy tops so there’s more space when they grow – but I’m always on the lookout for new clothes. Replacing them costs a fortune.

“And I have to get my bras custom-made – at about $280 AUD (£140) each. But I’ve just had to accept it.”
Her breasts began their relentless expansion when she was 25 and haven’t ceased since.
Gigantomastia’s triggers range from hormonal shifts to medications and autoimmune conditions, yet the exact cause of Paige’s case remains a mystery.
Between January 2022 and September 2022, Paige’s bust expanded from 100cm to 114cm. By May 2023, it had reached 139cm and currently measures 143cm.
Despite earning a significant income on the racy platform, she faces numerous challenges including physical discomfort, online harassment and social stigma.

Paige expressed her concerns, stating: “I feel like when you have a larger chest, you get sexualised more.
“OF is good – but I don’t like wearing tight clothing in public because I get unpleasant looks, particularly from other women.
“I feel a constant pressure to appease everyone, and I can’t wear what I want because I’m paranoid about people looking.”
She is considering breast reduction surgery, which would cost her around $10,000 AUD (£5,000) with support from the Australian healthcare system. However, she is worried that the surgery might not be effective in stopping her breasts from growing.

Paige said: “I’m worried they would just grow back to the same size again and I’d just have wasted the money. It’s not guaranteed the surgery would stop the growth.”
Although she profits from her OF account, Paige has never accepted a date invitation from a stranger on social media. She revealed: “There are some people on OnlyFans who like a larger chest, but there are people on there who want it to grow even bigger.
“I get asked to go on a date up to 40 times a day – it’s a very popular question. I’ve never said yes though.”
