Kirklees schools closed for second day as snow and ice continues to cause mayhem

Dozens of schools in Kirklees have closed their doors for a second day as snow and ice continues to cause disruption.

More than 100 shut their doors on Monday after severe snow and ice caused issues. There was more snow on Monday morning and the region is facing several days of sub-zero temperatures.

Many have reopened on Tuesday but there are still more than 30 in Kirklees which are closed.
