ITV Emmerdale tonight as fans say ‘makes my skin crawl’ after DNA truth

ITV Emmerdale fans are horrified after the truth finally comes out about who Steph’s dad is.

In Thursday night’s episode of Emmerdale, which is available now on ITV X, Ruby finally confronts her dad after she wakes up with him next to her at the local B&B. Ruby tells Anthony to admit that he raped her as she comes to terms of what happened when she was 14. Anthony tries to calm her down and tells her he loves her but denies that he sexually abused her.

She recalls a memory from the past where her dad comes into the room and locks the door. Knowing something is up, Steph is determined to find out why her parents split up while Caleb is trying to come to terms with the fact that she isn’t his daughter.

Meanwhile Chas visits Caleb to convince him to get back with Ruby but he tells her that he has tracked down their former friend who could be Steph’s potential dad and invites him over. While waiting for him to arrive, Caleb is outraged when Chas tells him that Ruby told him that it wasn’t consensual.

However, the former friend doesn’t give Caleb the answers he is looking for as he admits that he is gay and only had a friendship with Ruby. But he said that he noticed Ruby changing as she seemed to be scared of her dad – immediately Chas connects the pieces of who Steph’s dad is – Anthony.

Elsewhere, Wendy admits to Liam that it was her who spoke to the journalist after Ella takes a mental health day off work. She tells him how she has been blackmailed by the reporter and how it has led to more residents to put the spotlight on her. Manpreet discovers Wendy’s lies and they discuss letting Wendy go from the practice.

She later heads to the B&B where she admits the truth to Ella and Vanessa to which Ella thinks it is revenge after attacking her. Wendy is then left homeless as Bob kicks her out and is left on Victoria’s sofa.
