Emmerdale fans are convinced they’ve figured out the truth behind dead Will Taylor’s message as Kim Tate was arrested on Tuesday night.
Earlier this week, Will’s suspicious daughter Dawn Fletcher was stunned to learn that her father had ‘died of natural causes’ by the coroner as she was convinced he had been murdered.
However, things took a dramatic turn when Jimmy King innocently dropped off a box of Will’s belongings, where Dawn discovered a USB stick that contained a video of Will accusing Kim of his death.
On Tuesday night, Will’s loved ones prepared for his funeral but Dawn was left distracted by Will’s message, sharing her suspicions with husband Billy Fletcher.

However, Billy wasn’t convinced as he pointed out the video proved nothing and they should instead focus on Will’s funeral.
Later in the episode, the funeral took place as the procession took its route down Main Street with Dawn raging over Kim being at the emotional event.
With the funeral in full swing, Kim delivered her emotional eulogy to which Dawn couldn’t help herself and interrupted the speech, accusing Kim of murdering Will.
The congregation was left in shock at her claim, especially as Dawn disclosed her late father’s damning video. Kim was appalled by the accusation and as an argument started, Dawn lost her temper as she shoved Kim into Will’s coffin before storming out.
After appearing to cool down, Dawn later joined the funeral service again as Will was lowered into the ground. Kim was hopeful that Dawn was on her side and was just grieving her dad.

However, in true soap style, the episode ended on a cliffhanger as the police approached during the funeral, revealing Kim needed to come down to the station after a serious allegation was made.
Kim declared: “I’ve got nothing to hide!” as she glared at a smug Dawn while being led away by the police.
Taking to Twitter, now X, viewers were quick to share their theories as one person said: “Obviously Will trying to frame Kim from beyond the grave! It reminds me of a previous story at Home Farm when Chris Tate died… #Emmerdale”, a different account put: “Will isn’t dead, is he? He and Joe have set it up. Joe is being uncharacteristically nice to Kim #emmerdale” while another added: “So Joe and Will got a fake ambulance crew, funeral director, coroner and death certificate that’s some plan? Especially when he shows up and Kim hadn’t killed him so isn’t guilty of anything? #emmerdale.”
