One Irishman has shared his incredible weight loss journey that saw him lose over 10 stone in a little more than a year.
Kieran, from Newtowncunningham in Donegal, has attended Slimming World every Wednesday for more than a year to help get his weight under control.
Kieran didn’t just attend and hope to lose weight, he actively engaged with the process, asking questions when he was unsure and making the necessary changes. He’s now reaping all the amazing benefits from the weight loss.
He’s just achieved two major awards in his weight loss journey, his 10-and-a-half stone award and his target award.
In a post on Bundoran Slimming World, one of the organisers said it was “the most amazing privilege” to watch Kieran’s transformation these past months.
Bundoran Slimming World posted: “On a Wednesday evening in the quiet little village of Newtowncunningham in Donegal extraordinary things happen. For the past 56 weeks this amazing man has joined us for a hour every Wednesday evening, he’s listened, he’s asked questions and he’s made changes. Week after week he’s turned up and the scales have gone down.”
