The winner of the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Norfolk, will get the keys to a New England style 3-bedroom property inspired by the architecture found in Cape Cod and the Hamptons.
The spectacular house is the most valuable property ever to be offered in a UK prize draw – and comes with a wrap-around balcony offering uninterrupted, panoramic views of the North Norfolk Coast, a heated swimming pool, and its very own all-weather astroturf tennis court.
The house comes mortgage-free, with all stamp duty and legal fees covered. The winner is also given a whopping £250,000 in cash, to help them settle in, and can decide to either live in the house, rent it out for a supplementary income, or sell it whenever they wish to become a cash multimillionaire.
Omaze estimates that if the winner decides to keep the luxurious property, the £250,000 would enable them to comfortably run the house for almost ten years. The house also comes with £165,000 worth of furnishings, ready for the winner to enjoy the day they get the keys.
If they decide to rent it out, local estate agents estimate that the property could achieve a long-term rental value of £5,500 per month.

The truly unique coastal property offers the finest views of the surrounding countryside, towards Blakeney Point, including salt marshes and the open sea of the North Norfolk Coast.
As well as the wrap-around balconies, the house has been meticulously designed to incorporate sight lines that make the most of the views and the natural light, which fills the house through large, hardwood, double-glazed windows with thin glazing bars.
The nearly 5,000 sq ft house celebrates New England style and design, incorporating luxury living spaces perfect for entertaining friends and family inside the spacious property itself or in the beautiful gardens.

Both the bedroom and balcony offer sweeping views, as do most of the rooms both upstairs and on the ground floor.

There is also a separate summer house, an all-weather astroturf tennis court, and a heated outdoor swimming pool. The winner will also have access to a secluded pontoon, which can be used for launching tender and small boats.

The house is situated close to Blakeney – a quintessential coastal village, with pretty flint cottages lining narrow streets leading down to the charming quay. The village has excellent pubs – including The White Horse and Kings Arms – a thriving delicatessen, art galleries, The Moorings fish restaurant, the renowned Blakeney Hotel and the convenience of a village store.
The picturesque market town of Holt is just over four miles away and is renowned for its boutique shopping, Byford’s delicatessen, good restaurants, pubs, and further specialist and everyday shopping. There are also banking and transport facilities within the town and a host of schools nearby.
As well as making its Grand Prize Winner a multimillionaire, the Omaze Million Pound House Draw, Norfolk, will raise money for Comic Relief.
Celebrating its 40th year in 2025, Comic Relief is a UK charity that uses the power of entertainment and popular culture to work towards a vision of a world free from poverty. It has raised £1.6 billion to support over 100 million people across the world and the UK to date.
The money raised by Omaze’s partnership with Comic Relief will help fund its ‘Every Step of the Way’ programme, which helps to give young people at risk the support they need to prevent and alleviate the impact of homelessness in their lives.

The partnership with Omaze is backed by broadcaster and Comic Relief Ambassador, Rylan Clark.
Rylan said: “I’m beyond thrilled to be supporting this incredible partnership between Omaze and Comic Relief. This dream team will not only give someone the chance to win this incredible multi-million pound home, but the funds raised will also enable Comic Relief to provide vital support to young people who are at the risk of, or currently experiencing homelessness.”
Omaze has guaranteed Comic Relief a minimum donation of £1 million from the partnership.
James Oakes, President of Omaze, said: “Everyone at Omaze is thrilled to be partnering with Comic Relief for our latest house draw.
“By offering this beautiful property in Norfolk, our biggest Grand Prize ever, plus £250,000 in cash, Omaze gives people the chance to win a life-changing prize, whilst also raising money for charities.
“The eventual winner is free to decide what they want to do with the house. They can move in and not have to worry about any immediate costs, thanks to the £250,000 settling in money; they can rent it out, for additional income; or they can sell up and cash in to become a multimillionaire – the choice is entirely theirs!”
He added: “Our charity partners get introduced to vast new audiences that they wouldn’t otherwise reach. We’re extremely proud that the Omaze Community has raised over £72 million for good causes across the UK.”
