Midweek dinners for all the family is something that has to be quick, easy and something they’ll all eat.
Deciding what to have for tea is an ongoing discussion in many households and it’s easy to run out of ideas or to cook the same favourites every week.
But this quick and easy air fryer recipe, that tasted just like a Nando’s chicken burger, promises to be a winner for all the family and it’s simple and quick to make too – the perfect midweek meal.
The restaurant chain, known for its peri-peri cuisine, has inspired food enthusiasts to recreate their own versions of Nando’s classic dishes at home for a fraction of the price.
Nathan Anthony, the food guru behind Bored of Lunch, said making his Nando’s Chicken and Halloumi Roll Fakeaway will save you waiting 45 minutes for a table at your local restaurant.
Posting the recipe on his Tiktok, Nathan said he would happily eat peri-peri food everyday.
