Sean “Diddy” Combs is demanding that footage from his so called “freak offs” be released, claiming they will prove his innocence. Prosecutors have described “freaks offs” as “elaborate and produced sex performances” arranged and directed by Combs while he recorded them and self-pleasured himself.

In a letter to Judge Arun Subramanian on Tuesday Combs’ lawyers claimed these videos will absolve Combs of any wrongdoing in his criminal case as they show “private sexual activity” between Combs and his former partner, singer Casandra “Cassie” Ventura. Combs has denied all allegations against him.

Footage of these “freaks offs” have been kept under wraps after Cassie’s lawyers requested they not be produced to protect her privacy, to which the government agreed.

The letter from Combs’ lawyer added that Cassie, believed to be named in court documents as victim one, “not only consented but thoroughly enjoyed herself”.

Combs’ lawyers argue these videos are unquestionable material that is at the core of the criminal case. They claim there is no good cause to prevent the production of these videos due to the videos not including classified information or child pornography, adding the clips will need to be used for the trial.

The court filing from Diddy’s lawyers said: “The recordings also directly refute the allegations that Mr. Combs kept these videos as ‘collateral’. These recordings were not on Mr Combs’ devices and not seized from his home.

“Rather, Victim-1 kept these videos on her own devices for years and then produced them to the government herself.

“There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors and not so much of a hint of coercion.”
