The first snow fall of 2025 is set to hit Coventry and Warwickshire later tonight. It comes as a Met Officer amber warning for snow and ice has been issued for much of the country, including our area, today (January 4).
This alert comes into force at 6pm tonight and lasts until noon tomorrow (January 5). It warns that snow and freezing rain will ‘likely lead to disruption to transport and some other services’. There is also a cold weather alert in place.
The Met Office’s weather map shows exactly when the snow is set to arrive in our area. CoventryLive has compiled an hour by hour forecast for today and into tomorrow.
