Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby is featuring in a Rightmove campaign to help sell homes in Sunderland. Properties in Sunderland are 53% cheaper than the UK average, and the city also ranks third in the North East for house searches.
The campaign video, titled ‘Selling Sunderland’, sees Charlotte presenting a parody of a typical glamorous property show, shining a light on her hometown. She takes viewers on a whirlwind tour to discover the city, which is said to be brimming with character, beauty and incredible value.
Charlotte tours three Sunderland properties which are available on Rightmove, alongside prospective buyers, with the video aiming to show off Sunderland’s real charm and what makes it so special.
Rightmove data has shown that Sunderland’s average asking prices are 53% lower than the national average, with the North East city coming in at £170,635, compared to the overall UK average of £360,197.

Always a proud advocate for her native Sunderland, Charlotte Crosby, said: “Sunderland is my home – always has been, always will be.
