Jocelyn was rumoured to have spent millions on cosmetic procedures to achieve high cheekbones and ‘cat-eyes’, which contributed to her feline look, although she frequently denied such claims.

Despite her denials, the mother-of-two caused a stir among her Instagram followers in September when she posted a throwback photo where she looked remarkably different. In the vintage snapshot, she exuded Hollywood glamour with her flawless blonde hair and makeup as she held her daughter, Diana, on her lap, reports the Mirror.

Jocelyn appeared serene and stylish in a chic kaftan, a stark contrast to the image that made headlines following her alleged plastic surgeries.

Wildenstein and Klein’s relationship began in 2003, blossoming four years after Jocelyn Wildenstein’s tumultuous split from French billionaire art dealer Alec Wildenstein. They tied the knot back in 1978, but after 21 years, their union crumbled.

The divorce payout, said to be in the billions, was among the most exorbitant at that point in history.

Though she frequently refuted claims of undergoing excessive cosmetic procedures, her former spouse previously alleged they both underwent plastic surgery only a year post-wedding. Vanity Fair reports Alec confessed the pair got matching eye lifts.

Years of surgeries later, Jocelyn’s appearance garnered her the moniker Catwoman. She explained to the magazine: “The lynx has perfect eyes. If I show you pictures of my grandmother, what you see is these eyes – cat eyes – and high cheekbones.”

Back in 2017, she expressed her willingness to continue with plastic surgeries well into her golden years. Revealing exclusively to People, she stated: “I’ve said to myself I’ll continue for the next ten years and then I may stop. It is not an addiction that I have but I am not adverse to having more work. I would happily have more if I felt I needed it. Why not? “.

After her passing, fans flooded social media with tributes. A Twitter user posted: “The world bids farewell to Jocelyn Wildenstein, known as ‘Catwoman’, who has passed away at 84. A life that captivated many, she will be remembered for her unique beauty and bold personality.”

Another person tweeted: “#RIP Jocelyn Wildenstein,” and another commented: “She certainly lived a life, may she RIP.”
