Belfast man hosting Ireland’s biggest physical and personal development event for men

Northern Ireland man Ben Heron is on a mission this New Year to help men dominate 2025. Having changed the lives of over 1,300 men in the last 10 years from over 24 different countries, the fitness coach from Dunmurry, but now based in Dubai, decided that coming into 2025, more men need support.

Today Ben, 29, is a top men’s transformation specialist and founder of Level Up Coaching Academy, which helps men level up and take their physique and performance to new levels.

On Sunday, 5th January, Ben will host New Year, New Man – Ireland’s biggest physical and personal development event for men at Windsor Park, designed for men who want to level up and make 2025 the best year of their life.

He explained: “Before I started coaching, I used to be very shy and insecure but I found a voice through building up a bit of muscle. Before I knew it I started to blog my experiences and help others and then was approached about getting into coaching.

“Every year, I hold events for my clients and they always walk away mindblown and with a whole new lease of life to be the best version of themselves. This isn’t just another fitness or mindset seminar. It’s about creating a community where men come together to inspire one another, break through barriers, and leave stronger in mind, body, and purpose.

“A movement designed to help men reconnect with the values of brotherhood, support, and shared inspiration in a time when it’s needed most. The reality is, so many men feel isolated, unsupported, or stuck. This event is about changing that narrative. We’re building a space where men can connect with like-minded individuals, learn from world-class leaders, and walk away with a renewed sense of direction and purpose.”

The line-up on January 5 includes Ulster and Ireland rugby player, James Hume, who will be helping men elevate their performance and become role models in their communities. Physique expert and educator Helmi Dneni will be sharing strategies to build a physique that fuels confidence and self-belief.

Motivational speaker, Daniel Dargan, will be inspiring men to think bigger, dream bolder, and unlock their full potential while a high-performance panel will be delivering practical tools to dominate 2025.

Ben added: “Most men start January talking about ‘New Year, New Me’… but by February, they’re back to old habits, feeling stuck, and watching life pass them by. This event was created for the guy who’s done settling – the guy who wants to get stronger, leaner, more athletic and build the kind of mindset that dominates every area of life.

“This event is about building connections – not just to goals, but to each other. In a world where distractions are endless, and real, supportive communities are rare, this event is creating a space for men to come together and push one another forward.

“Together, we can inspire men across Northern Ireland to step into their power, find their tribe, and become the best versions of themselves.”
